1. The service

The Space Cowboys Platform manages professional displays: registration, configuration, monitoring, and the transfer of displays between organizations. It is provided by Space Cowboys ("we") to business users — this is not a consumer service.

2. Your account and organization

You create an account on behalf of an organization and are responsible for what happens under it: keep your password private, invite only people you trust (an invite gives them access to your organization's displays), and keep your join code confidential — rotate it from your Team page if it leaks.

3. Displays and data

You configure only displays your organization holds, manages, or has been explicitly delegated. Actions on displays are recorded in an audit trail visible to the organizations involved. Configuration you enter (network credentials, CMS enrollment) is delivered to the display to make it work — enter only credentials you are authorized to use.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or overload the platform, register displays you don't hold, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers; where reasonable we contact you first.

5. Availability and changes

The platform is under active development and provided as-is during this phase. We work hard on availability but do not guarantee it; displays are designed to keep working from their local configuration when the platform is unreachable. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, lost content on screens, third-party CMS outages).
